Hottee is BlowHard’s hot swappable battery fan in the X-Series line of Smart fans. Within the full BlowHard line up, Hottee falls right in the middle as 3 rd highest in performance with 12,700 CFM / 22,083 m3/h. It is also ranked 3 rd for portability, still being one of the smaller PPV fans on the market today with a wheel kit option. Hottee runs on high power for over 30 minutes and has adjustable power so can be turned down to what other swappable battery fans are running on high, which will increase the runtime to over an hour. Owners can specify their fan to be built for the use of Dewalt or Milwaukee batteries but will receive the other option to switch if desired. Hottee is also the only battery-operated PPV fan that is fully IP-67 secure including the battery compartments. As part of the X-Series Smart-Tec System, BlowHard developed Power Sharing technology to maximize and balance power output to protect against overload and overheating. When in use, the Battery Management System constantly monitors each battery individually and adjusts the draw on power to maintain an even battery depletion rate, yet maximizes power to hold consistent, high-performance levels. This control provides more performance reliability, especially when the batteries used are at uneven charge states and ages, which increases the life and health of the batteries. Hottee can run on 1 battery or 2 and even on batteries that are different sizes.
Equipped with the Smart-Tec Battery Management System, dynamic Operator Interface, and Diagnostics screen, this fan makes owning and operating a BlowHard easy and low maintenance. As the user adjusts the power knob, the bright LCD screen displays quick, responsive, data such as Power Level, CFM, Thrust, and Battery Level (for each battery) to give firefighters power and control over unpredictable and ever-changing
situations.
An expansion jet engineered by BlowHard. Upon exiting the fan, the airstream expands beyond the size of the shroud, increasing air entrainment to effectively seal the door yet at the same time, holds pressure within the airstream to maximize airflow through the structure. This also allows the airstream to reach its full performance within tighter setback distances. Pressurizing and ventilating at rapid rates, this BlowHard technology
has truly advanced the effectiveness and efficiency of PPV.
Unique to BlowHard, the shroud and blade are designed to be as big as the entire footprint of the fan for a large airstream. Because every inch of space is optimized, we are able to engineer the smallest fans on the market while surpassing performance outputs of all other battery-operated brands on the market.

Misting Ring
The Misting Ring is universal to all BlowHard Fans. Having a fast and easy magnetic set up and 8 nozzles blowing out cool mist, it is perfect for quick firefighter and civilian heat recovery.

Ducting
BlowHard Ducting is fan specific and for the Commando it comes in 16” diameter. Fitting snug around the shroud, the ducting makes it quick and easy to get fresh air into small, difficult to reach places. With its condensed, integrated case, deployment and pack up fast and easy!

Key Features: With reinforced PVC fabric of 650gsm and 55mm thick, this ducting is highly durable and abrasion resistant. The end coupling rings allow you to attach multiple units together to reach and even longer distance.
High-Flow Mister
The High-Flow Mister is universal to all BlowHard Fans. Super popular in Europe, the High-Flow Mister puts out a powerful 60L per minute wall of water to create a protective barrier between buildings to stop fire from jumping and spreading.

Wheel Kit
To help with ground maneuverability, the Commando Wheel Kit is a great option for this larger, more powerful fan. Because the wheels and handle open and close, you have the option to keep them tucked in for carrying the fan upstairs or opened up to wheel on the ground. This unique design also keeps the size of the fan compact for optimal storage on the apparatus.
